PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE
CHAPTER 10
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE
 56-1040. Rulemaking authority. The director shall adopt rules necessary to administer sections 56-1036 through 56-1040, Idaho Code, pursuant to chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.

The Idaho Code is the property of the state of Idaho and is made available on the Internet as a public service.
