| EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW - Amends existing law relating to the Employment Security Law to define "base period" and "alternative base period" for those claimants who have insufficient wages in the base period to establish eligibility for unemployment benefits; to provide that certain claimants shall not be denied regular unemployment benefits solely because they are seeking only part-time work and to provide for training extension benefits. |
