UNIFORM ENVIRONMENTAL COVENANTS ACT - Amends existing law relating to the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act to provide that certain institutional controls proposed as part of a voluntary remediation work plan and certain deed notations and removal of deed notations shall comply with the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.
