| IDAHO EDUCATION NETWORK - Amends and adds to existing law relating to the Idaho Education Network to revise the duties of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction and the State Department of Education with regard to the Idaho Education Network; to remove language providing for governance and operations of the Idaho Education Network and for the Idaho Education Network Fund; and to provide for the Idaho Education Network Program and Resource Advisory Council (IPRAC). |
