| PSEUDOEPHEDRINE SALES - Adds to and amends existing law to revise provisions relating to maximum quantities of pseudoephedrine that can be purchased, to establish an electronic tracking system in the sale of pseudoephedrine products, to provide that retailers shall use an electronic tracking system, to provide exemptions for retailers; to provide for required information, to provide for the use of records gathered, to authorize the board of pharmacy to promulgate and enforce rules and to limit the liability of retailers. |
