Right-of-way Task Force

Charge: To clarify the concerns raised through testimony and discussion in the 2012 Senate Transportation Committee regarding the ramifications of the 2011 Halvorson v. North Latah Highway District court ruling in which the Idaho Supreme Court held that a prescriptive right-of-way was established under Idaho Code.
