SENATE BILL 1232

SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS – Amends existing law to provide that while within the course of duties, a school bus driver shall not be civilly or criminally liable for reasonably acting to aid a rider of the bus whom the driver reasonably believes to be in imminent danger of harm or injury.
