MOTOR VEHICLES - REGISTRATION FEES - LICENSE PLATES - Amends existing law to provide for a special permanent or business logo license plate for trailers and semitrailers, to provide procedures and to provide for remittance of fees; to revise registration provisions for a trailer or semitrailer and to provide registration provisions for a trailer or semitrailer based in another jurisdiction.
