                               BY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    RELATING TO STATE EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE AWARDS; REPEALING CHAPTER 61,  TITLE  67,
 3        IDAHO CODE.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION  1.  That  Chapter  61,  Title 67, Idaho Code, be, and the same is
 6    hereby repealed.

Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

    





                          STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

    The employee incentive program is ineffective as 
    currently constituted and has not been used. This repeal 
    will eliminate the unnecessary provisions, providing a blank 
    slate for future efforts toward providing employee 
    incentives.
    
                               FISCAL NOTE
             This proposed legislation will have no fiscal 
                                 impact.
