H0819|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fourth Legislature Second Regular Session - 1998IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE BILL NO. 819 BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE OFFICE OF THE STATE APPELLATE PUBLIC DEFENDER FOR 3 FISCAL YEAR 1999; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED FULL-TIME EQUIVA- 4 LENT POSITIONS. 5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $830,400 from the General Fund to 7 the Office of the State Appellate Public Defender for the period July 1, 1998, 8 through June 30, 1999. 9 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Office of 10 the State Appellate Public Defender is authorized no more than eleven (11) 11 full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 1998, 12 through June 30, 1999, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, 13 unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance- 14 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions 15 so authorized.
