S1561|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fourth Legislature Second Regular Session - 1998IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1561 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO WOMEN'S COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999; 3 AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS. 4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for 6 the Idaho Women's Commission the following amounts, to be expended according 7 to the designated standard classifications from the listed funds for the 8 period July 1, 1998, through June 30, 1999: 9 FOR FOR 10 PERSONNEL OPERATING 11 COSTS EXPENDITURES TOTAL 12 FROM: 13 General Fund $26,900 $11,900 $38,800 14 Miscellaneous Revenue 15 Fund 6,700 6,700 16 TOTAL $26,900 $18,600 $45,500 17 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho 18 Women's Commission is authorized no more than fifty-two hundredths (0.52) 19 full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 1998, 20 through June 30, 1999, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, 21 unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance- 22 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions 23 so authorized.

Commission, in the amount of $45,500.
