                             IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

                            HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 3

 1                               A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 2    PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND  THE  SENATE
 3        OF  THE FIRST REGULAR SESSION OF THE FIFTY-FIFTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE FOR THE
 4        PURPOSE OF HEARING A MESSAGE FROM THE GOVERNOR.

 5    Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 6        WHEREAS, the Governor has informed the House of  Representatives  and  the
 7    Senate that he desires to deliver a message to a Joint Session of the House of
 8    Representatives   and  the  Senate  of  the  First  Regular  Session  of   the
 9    Fifty-fifth Idaho  Legislature  in  the Chamber of the House  of   Representa-
10    tives  at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 1999.
11        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the First Regular Session
12    of  the  Fifty-fifth  Idaho  Legislature, the House of Representatives and the
13    Senate concurring therein, that the House of Representatives  and  the  Senate
14    meet  in  Joint Session on Monday, January 11, 1999, at 1 p.m. for the purpose
15    of hearing the message from the Governor.
