1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001; REAPPRO-
3 PRIATING UNEXPENDED AND UNENCUMBERED BALANCES FOR REDISTRICTING; AND
4 EXTENDING THE REAPPROPRIATION FOR REAPPORTIONMENT MADE IN SECTION 3, CHAP-
5 TER 228, LAWS OF 1998.
6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
7 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Legislative Council the
8 following amounts to be expended for the designated expense classes from the
9 listed funds for the period July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001:
10 A. LEGISLATIVE SERVICES OFFICE:

12 General Fund $3,331,400
13 Miscellaneous Revenue Fund 43,400
14 Professional Services Fund 1,042,200
15 TOTAL $4,417,000
16 B. LEGISLATIVE TECHNOLOGY:

26 SECTION 2. There is hereby reappropriated to the Legislative Council the
27 unexpended and unencumbered balance of the appropriation made in Section 1 of
28 this act for Redistricting for the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002.
29 SECTION 3. The reappropriation made in Section 3, Chapter 228, Laws of
30 1998, for Reapportionment shall be extended to June 30, 2001.
