  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DIVISION OF BUILDING SAFETY FOR FISCAL YEAR  2002;
  3        AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby  appropriated  to  the Division of Building
  6    Safety in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies the following amounts,  to
  7    be  expended  for  the designated programs according to the designated expense
  8    classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 2001,  through  June  30,
  9    2002:

 23        SECTION  2.  In  accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division
 24    of Building Safety in the Department of Self-Governing Agencies is  authorized
 25    no  more than one hundred eighteen (118) full-time equivalent positions at any
 26    point during the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002, for the  programs
 27    specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized by the Gov-
 28    ernor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of
 29    any increased positions so authorized.
