| RS11654 |
This is a fiscal year 2002 supplemental appropriation bill that will provide sufficient spending authority to the Industrial Commission to fund two worker safety programs at their appropriated level. .

| Fiscal Note |
There is no impact on the General fund. This bill provides $152,300 in dedicated funds for Trustee and Benefit expenditures for the Industrial Commission. The Industrial Commission will use these funds to make payment to the Division of Building Safety. The Industrial Commission, pursuant to Idaho Code, delegates the administration of two worker safety programs to the Division of Building Safety.
