                                     HOUSE BILL NO. 450
                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
  1                                        AN ACT
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
  5        SECTION  1.  In  addition  to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter
  6    312, Laws of 2001, there is hereby appropriated to the State Board  of  Educa-
  7    tion  for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation the following amount to be
  8    expended for the designated program according to the designated expense  class
  9    from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002:

 12    Trustee and Benefit Payments                                          $170,200
 13    FROM:
 14    Miscellaneous Revenue Fund                                            $170,200
 15        SECTION  2.  An  emergency  existing  therefor,  which emergency is hereby
 16    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 17    passage and approval.

Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

Statement of Purpose

This is a fiscal year 2002 supplemental appropriation for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. The bill authorizes spending authority for moneys received under contract with the Departments of Health and Welfare and Juvenile Corrections to provide rehabilitation services to juveniles eligible for independent living services.


Fiscal Note

This supplemental appropriates $170,200 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund.
