|Statement of Purpose|
This bill provides dedicated fund spending authority to address an ongoing shortfall in Personnel Costs at the Board of Pharmacy. The bill also provides for a transfer of funds from Operating Expenditures to Personnel Costs to partially offset the shortfall.
There is no impact on the General Fund. This bill provides an additional $15,000 in spending authority of dedicated funds over and above the original FY 2002 appropriations bill–S1202– for the Board of Pharmacy. The bill also authorizes a transfer of $17,000 in Operating Expenses to Personnel Costs.
