3 FISCAL YEAR 2007; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE LIEUTENANT GOVER-
4 NOR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE SECRETARY
5 OF STATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE
6 SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION/STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR
7 FISCAL YEAR 2007; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE STATE TREASURER
8 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE STATE CON-
9 TROLLER FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007; AND APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE
10 ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007.
11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
12 SECTION 1. In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appro-
13 priated to the Executive Office of the Governor for the Governor's salary and
14 benefit costs, to be expended according to the designated expense class from
15 the listed fund for the period January 1, 2007, through June 30, 2007:
16 FOR:
17 Personnel Costs $2,500

19 General Fund $2,500
20 SECTION 2. In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appro-
21 priated to the Lieutenant Governor for the Lieutenant Governor's salary and
22 benefit costs, to be expended according to the designated expense class from
23 the listed fund for the period January 1, 2007, through June 30, 2007:

28 SECTION 3. In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appro-
29 priated to the Secretary of State for the Secretary of State's salary and ben-
30 efit costs, to be expended according to the designated expense class from the
31 listed fund for the period January 1, 2007, through June 30, 2007:

36 SECTION 4. In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appro-
37 priated to the Superintendent of Public Instruction/State Department of Educa-
38 tion for the Superintendent of Public Instruction's salary and benefit costs,

40 for the period January 1, 2007, through June 30, 2007:

This trailer appropriation bill funds a 4% increase related to changes authorized for elected officials salaries for fiscal year 2007.

| Fiscal Note |
This bill is an additional appropriation in the amount of $13,400 to fund the costs associated with a 4% increase in elected officials salaries. The salary increase is slated to start on January 1, 2007 so this bill represents funding for the second half of fiscal year 2007.
