HOUSE BILL 58

The official bill actions are located in the final journal, which are maintained by the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House.  The daily journals are published at the end of each legislative day.

COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE – Amends existing law relating to education and compulsory attendance to provide that the parent or guardian of any child resident in this state who has not attained the age of eighteen years shall cause such child to be instructed in subjects commonly and usually taught in the public schools of this state and to provide for exceptions.
