DISABLED PERSONS – FINANCIAL PROTECTION – Amends and repeals existing law relating to county fees and the protection of persons under disability to delete the sunset clause for the Guardianship Pilot Project Fund; to provide that financial plans, inventory and records, and accounts and reports filed in certain conservatorship cases are subject to examination and review as provided by rules adopted by the Idaho Supreme Court.
