|GOLD AND SILVER COIN – ELECTRONIC OUNCES – Adds to existing law relating to gold and silver coin and electronic ounces to provide for the duties of the treasurer and other fiscal officers, to provide qualification requirements for electronic specie exchanges and independent specie vaults, to provide for the use of gold and silver, to provide a procedure for actions relating to claims of inaccurate determinations of exchange rates and to provide certain penalties.
