CHAPTER 13

COUNTY OPTION KITCHEN AND TABLE WINE ACT

23-1335.  Violations of act misdemeanors. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
