CHAPTER 60
IDAHO WOMEN’S COMMISSION
67-6002.  Members — Appointment — Vacancies — Officers. The commission shall consist of not more than thirty-five (35) members to be appointed by the governor. Appointments shall be for terms of three (3) years. A vacancy in an unfulfilled term of office shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment and for the balance of the unexpired term. Consideration should be given to representing the racial, ethnic and gender diversity of the state on the commission. The governor shall designate a chairman and a vice-chairman from the members of the commission. The chairman shall be the chief executive officer of the commission. The commission may appoint such other officers from its membership as it deems necessary.
