2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE CATASTROPHIC HEALTH CARE COST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR

4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $20,766,800 from the General Fund
6 to be deposited in the Catastrophic Health Care Cost Fund for the period July
7 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007.
