  1                               A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
  2    PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND  THE  SENATE
  3        OF  THE  SECOND  REGULAR SESSION OF THE FIFTY-EIGHTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE FOR
  4        THE PURPOSE OF HEARING A MESSAGE FROM THE GOVERNOR.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        WHEREAS, the Governor has informed the House of  Representatives  and  the
  7    Senate that he desires to deliver a message to a Joint Session of the House of
  8    Representatives   and  the  Senate  of  the  Second  Regular  Session  of  the
  9    Fifty-eighth Idaho Legislature in the Chamber of the House of  Representatives
 10    at 7 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2006.
 11        NOW,  THEREFORE,  BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Second Regular Ses-
 12    sion of the Fifty-eighth Idaho Legislature, the House of  Representatives  and
 13    the  Senate concurring therein, that the House of Representatives and the Sen-
 14    ate meet in Joint Session on Monday, January 9, 2006, at 7 p.m. for  the  pur-
 15    pose of hearing the message from the Governor.
