The 2025 Change in Employee Compensation Committee welcomes your written testimony on state employee compensation. Responses will be collected through November 30, 2024 and the committee will consider them in its recommendations to the Joint Finance Appropriations Committee. The committee considers written testimony from the public and recommendations from the Division of Human Resources to evaluate the state’s total compensation system, including market related changes, specific occupational inequities, merit increases, and the benefits package.
