 1                                        AN ACT
 2    RELATING TO  CONTRIBUTIONS OBTAINED BY A POLITICAL COMMITTEE;  REPEALING  SEC-
 3        TION 67-6605, IDAHO CODE.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION  1.  That  Section 67-6605, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
 6    repealed.

    STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

    The purpose of this legislation is to repeal section 676605, 
    Idaho Code, relating to contributions obtained by a 
    political committee.
