STATEMENT OF PITRPOSE RS08397C1 The purpose of this legislation is to combine the Chemigation law, title 22, chapter 14, Idaho Code, into the Pesticide law, title 22, chapter 34, Idaho Code. Currently, the two laws are duplicative and contain inconsistent penalty provisions. Title 22, chapter 14, Idaho Code, the Chemigation law is being combined with title 22, chapter 34, Idaho Code, the Pesticides law; therefore, it is necessary to repeal the current Chemigation law.
