STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 10672C1 This legislation deletes the list of recipients to receive Session Laws from the Idaho Code. The addition of new language indicates that the Secretary of State's office will maintain the list of Session Law recipients. FISCAL IMPACT The total number of Session Laws printed will be reduced to 800 from 1200 sets resulting in a savings of approximately $13,500 per year.
