STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 10979 Idaho has adopted achievement standards for grades K-12 in Idaho public schools. Idaho students and school personnel will soon be held accountable for meeting these standards. There are many and varied obstacles that prevent school success. It is the purpose of this resolution to provide a "vehicle" to identify the obstacle and make recommendations for their removal. FISCAL IMPACT The fiscal impact would be $10,000 based on the use of an interim committee of average size and meeting an average number of times.
