The Legislative Services Helpdesk’s mission and responsibility is to provide assistance and support for all legislators, committee secretaries, and Legislative Services Office employees. The Helpdesk is staffed by trained analysts who provide application support for services such as word processing, legislation tracking, E-mail, LAN/WAN, servers (Windows, Linux and related applications), and Internet issues.
All analysts provide quality service within a timely manner by entering all reported problems and requests into our helpdesk tracking software. This software doubles as a knowledge base reducing the time spent on similar support requests in the future.
