H 671 Monks(22) by REVENUE AND TAXATION COMMITTEE – SALES AND USE TAX – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding a sales and use tax rebate for certain developers of certain retail complexes.
H 501 Skaug(10) by STATE AFFAIRS COMMITTEE – BALLOT MEASURES – Amends existing law to require signature gatherers to be qualified electors and to require paid signature gatherers to provide the name of the persons or entities that are paying them on their badge.
