RS 33486 This legislation is a simplification of the outdated statute which identifies the county in which a plaintiff may bring a cause of action, clarifying the outdated language. The restatement is simple with the only addition allowing a plaintiff to file a civil action in the county in which the action occurred. Sen. Hart
RS 33513 This resolution states that all pending and temporary administrative rules of the Idaho State Department of Agriculture have been reviewed and approved by the Senate Agricultural Affairs Committee, with the exception of Docket No. 02-0601-2501, Section 112, new subsections 01 through 05, only, which were not approved. Sen. Zito
RS 33550 This legislation removes the word “recruiting” from Idaho Code Section 18-623. Sen. Lakey
RS 33582 This bill establishes the Idaho Student Safety and Educator Disclosure Act to improve student safety by requiring schools to follow clear, statewide disclosure rules when hiring employees. Sen. Nichols
RS 33583 This legislation establishes the Idaho Education Whistleblower Protection Act to protect school employees and personnel who report sexual misconduct related to student safety. Sen. Nichols
S 1260 IMMIGRATION COOPERATION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding illegal entry, to remove provisions regarding illegal entry, and to provide for certain affirmative defenses. Sen. Lakey
H 520 IDAHO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT – Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding hearing notices and to revise a provision regarding procedure at a hearing. Sen. Ruchti
H 541 ENTICING A CHILD – Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding enticing a child through use of the internet or other communication device. Sen. Nichols
H 581 IDAHO SUPREME COURT – Amends existing law to authorize the Idaho Legislature to review court rules in certain instances. Sen. Nichols
