| H 93 | TAXATION – Adds to existing law to establish the Idaho parental choice tax credit and Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit Advance Payment Fund. | Sen. Den Hartog |
| We anticipate a lot of testimony on H 93. We will try to hear from as many people as possible. The hearing will be limited to two hours. Testimony will be limited to two minutes per person. We encourage groups who wish to testify to select a spokesman to organize and summarize the group’s comments. You may also submit written testimony until noon on February 12, 2025 on legislature.idaho.gov |
