RS 32194 Stating Findings of the Legislature and Declaring January 16 as “Religious Freedom Day” in Idaho. Sen. Cook
H 35 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES – Amends and adds to existing law to require the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and the use of multifactor identification in Idaho state government. Sen. Cook
RS 32294 Relating to State Government. Sen. Okuniewicz
SJR 101 REFERENDA AND INITIATIVES – Proposes a state constitutional amendment to require any referendum petition or initiative petition to be signed by at least 6% of legal voters at the last general election in each legislative district. Sen. Okuniewicz
S 1038 HEALTH – Adds to existing law to provide that the state of Idaho shall not be compelled to engage in the enforcement of requirements or mandates issued by the World Health Organization. Sen. Foreman
S 1047 ELECTIONS – Amends existing law to require an updated fiscal impact statement for initiative petitions and to revise certain filing deadlines. Sen. Adams
