Recent changes were made to the Idaho Statute regarding the distribution of Session Laws (2015, HB 328, Session Law Chapter 329). Session Laws will no longer automatically be sent to you or your agency. Beginning in 2019 you and/or your agency will begin to receive an invoice from Custom Printing for the Session Law books you order and be responsible for the payment thereof. If you wish to continue receiving bound copies, please fill out and email the form below or return your request by mail. Prior session laws may be added periodically and can be accessed free of charge by visiting the Legislative website Session Laws page.
