The legislation further provides that the state will investigate infractions and violations of this provision. It is also understood that nothing in this legislation will restrict a city or county from imposing stricter public safety rules. FISCAL NOTE There will be no fiscal impact to the state. There may be some loss of revenue to local jurisdictions because they will no longer be able to require additional licenses. However, if they have been requiring such licenses, they have been doing so illegally. Contact: Rep. W.O. "Bill" Taylor 332-1139 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE/FISCAL NOTE H 570
