 1                                        AN ACT
 2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR  FIS-
 3        CAL YEAR 1999.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION 1.  In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appro-
 6    priated  to  the  Department  of  Law  Enforcement the following amount, to be
 7    expended for Police Services Program  according  to  the  designated  standard
 8    classifications from the listed fund for the period July 1, 1998, through June
 9    30, 1999:
