                             IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

                            HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 30

 1                               A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 2    PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND  THE  SENATE
 3        OF  THE  SECOND  REGULAR SESSION OF THE FIFTY-FOURTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE FOR
 4        THE PURPOSE OF HEARING A MESSAGE FROM THE GOVERNOR.

 5    Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 6        WHEREAS, the Governor has informed the House of  Representatives  and  the
 7    Senate that he desires to deliver a message to a Joint Session of the House of
 8    Representatives   and  the  Senate  of  the  Second  Regular  Session  of  the
 9    Fifty-fourth Idaho  Legislature  in the  Chamber  of the House of  Representa-
10    tives  at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 1998.
11        NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Second  Regular  Ses-
12    sion  of  the Fifty-fourth Idaho Legislature, the House of Representatives and
13    the Senate concurring therein, that the House of Representatives and the  Sen-
14    ate  meet  in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 14, 1998, at 11 a.m. for the
15    purpose of hearing the message from the Governor.
