This budget removes $163,000 in one-time fiscal year 1998 money from the fiscal year 1999 budget. This budget includes personnel cost rollups, and a 5% Change in Employee Compensation (CEC). These adjustments are the result of standard calculations. There is also $451,700 provided for replacement items, and $94,600 to annualize the cost of the Dispensary's new warehouse over a full fiscal year. A fund shift of $356,400 moves money from operating expenditures to capital outlay in order to make lease payments on the new warehouse, which is under a lease purchase agreement.
