 2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION FOR  FISCAL
 3        YEAR 1999; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION  1.  There  is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education
 6    for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation the  following  amounts,  to  be
 7    expended  for  the  designated  programs  according to the designated standard
 8    classifications from the listed funds for the period  July  1,  1998,  through
 9    June 30, 1999:

 1        SECTION  2.  In  accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division
 2    of Vocational Rehabilitation is authorized no  more  than  one  hundred  forty
 3    (140)  full-time  equivalent  positions at any point during the period July 1,
 4    1998, through June 30, 1999, for the programs specified in Section 1  of  this
 5    act,  unless  specifically  authorized  by  the  Governor.  The Joint Finance-
 6    Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased  positions
 7    so authorized.
