S1563|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fourth Legislature Second Regular Session - 1998IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1563 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO EDUCATIONAL PUBLIC BROADCASTING SYSTEM FOR 3 FISCAL YEAR 1999; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSI- 4 TIONS. 5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education 7 for the Idaho Educational Public Broadcasting System the following amounts, to 8 be expended according to the designated standard classifications from the 9 listed funds for the period July 1, 1998, through June 30, 1999: 10 FOR FOR FOR 11 PERSONNEL OPERATING CAPITAL 12 COSTS EXPENDITURES OUTLAY TOTAL 13 FROM: 14 General Fund $ 795,900 $530,600 $205,600 $1,532,100 15 Federal Grant 16 Fund 706,900 211,400 918,300 17 TOTAL $1,502,800 $742,000 $205,600 $2,450,400 18 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho Edu- 19 cational Public Broadcasting System is authorized no more than thirty-seven 20 (37) full-time equivalent positions to be funded by the appropriation in Sec- 21 tion 1 of this act, at any point during the period July 1, 1998, through June 22 30, 1999, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance- 23 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions 24 so authorized.
