H0376|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fifth Legislature First Regular Session - 1999IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE BILL NO. 376 BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 RELATING TO INCOME TAXES ON LOTTERY WINNINGS; RESTATING AND EXPRESSING LEGIS- 3 LATIVE INTENT UNDER EXISTING LAW IN RELATION TO INCOME TAXES ON LOTTERY 4 WINNINGS; AND APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL SUPPORT TO BE USED 5 FOR THE IDAHO SAFE AND DRUG-FREE SCHOOLS PROGRAM. 6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 7 SECTION 1.
