The amendments also streamline the process by providing a simplified procedure for calling and holding a meeting. The revisions extend the time within which the meeting may be held to forty-two days after receipt of the rules analysis from legislative services, and provide that the cochairmen or two or more members of the subcommittees may call a meeting by giving oral or written notice to the legislative services of fice within fourteen days of receiving the rules analysis. The procedure is now identified in Section 67-454, Idaho Code, and the conflicting provision m Section 67-5223, Idaho Code, has been deleted.
