In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Department 8 of Agriculture is authorized no more than one hundred seventy and thirty-one 9 hundredths (170.31) full-time equivalent positions at any point during the 10 period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000, for the programs specified in Sec- 11 tion 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint 12 Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased 13 positions so authorized.
