H0329|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fifth Legislature First Regular Session - 1999IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE BILL NO. 329 BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO EDUCATIONAL PUBLIC BROADCASTING SYSTEM FOR 3 FISCAL YEAR 2000; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSI- 4 TIONS. 5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education 7 for the Idaho Educational Public Broadcasting System the following amounts, to 8 be expended according to the designated expense classes from the listed funds 9 for the period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000: 10 FOR FOR FOR 11 PERSONNEL OPERATING CAPITAL 12 COSTS EXPENDITURES OUTLAY TOTAL 13 FROM: 14 General Fund $ 910,700 $654,500 $347,700 $1,912,900 15 Federal Grant 16 Fund 724,400 64,400 788,800 17 TOTAL $1,635,100 $718,900 $347,700 $2,701,700 18 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho Edu- 19 cational Public Broadcasting System is authorized no more than thirty-seven 20 (37) full-time equivalent positions to be funded by the appropriation in Sec- 21 tion 1 of this act, at any point during the period July 1, 1999, through June 22 30, 2000, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance- 23 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions 24 so authorized.
