STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS08368C1 The purpose of this legislation would be to clarify when implements of husbandry are allowed to travel at night, and at what width. It would also clarify which of the following code section(s) 49-619 and/or 49-916 and/or 49-1012, govern the movement of implements of husbandry and/or more specifically, harvesting machinery. These code sections are very hard to enforce, because of the vagueness and ambiguities among them. Legislative clarification will result in safer movement of these vehicles.
