There is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education 6 for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation the following amounts, to be 7 expended for the designated programs according to the designated expense clas- 8 ses from the listed funds for the period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000: 9 A. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Division 2 1 of Vocational Rehabilitation is authorized no more than one hundred forty 2 (140) full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 3 1999, through June 30, 2000, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this 4 act, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance- 5 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions 6 so authorized.

This is the FY 2000 appropriation for the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in
the amount of $3,594,800 in General Funds and $12,048,600 in Non-General Funds for a
total of $15,643,400.
