There is hereby appropriated to the Executive Office of the 6 Governor the following amounts, to be expended for the designated programs 7 according to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the 8 period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000: 9 FOR FOR 10 PERSONNEL OPERATING 11 COSTS EXPENDITURES TOTAL 12 I. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Executive 28 Office of the Governor is authorized no more than twenty-four (24) full-time 29 equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 1999, through June 30 30, 2000, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi- 31 cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee 32 will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
SB 1278
This is the FY 2000 appropriation for the Executive Office of the Governor. It reflects
a 5.1% increase in General Funds and includes one enhancement for $57,100 in personnel
costs to enable the Governor's Office to fill three vacant administrative support
personnel.
