STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS09622 Non-standard workweeks, such as compressed weeks and institutional shifts, have resulted in disparate calculations of paid holiday and military leave time off. Limiting holiday time to eight hours per holiday and military leave to 120 hours per year will eliminate inequities. FISCAL IMPACT This proposed legislation may result in small savings to personnel budgets. CONTACT Name: Ann Heilman Agency: Division of Human Resources Statement of Purpose/Fiscal Impact H 443
